Review of the 2008-2009 Annual Report of the Independent Commission Against Corruption

Under the Independent Commission Against Corruption Act 1988 s 64(1)(c), the ICAC Committee's functions include examining each annual and other report of the Commission and reporting to both Houses of Parliament on any matter appearing in, or arising out of, any such report.
This inquiry was self-referred on 27 August 2010.

Pursuant to the Independent Commission Against Corruption Act 1988 s 64(1)(c), the Committee is to conduct an inquiry into the 2008-2009 annual report of the Independent Commission Against Corruption.
